animation in an exhibition featuring characters, sets and models by some
of Australia's leading artists.

the International Programs 1-6.
With 80+ films from 25+ countries in competition, this is
your only opportunity to get a definitive big picture view of the very
best recently released international and Australian animated shorts. Exciting,
intriguing, inspiring, sometimes controversial, and always thoroughly
comprehensive, MIAF promises a series of outstanding programs showcasing
this awe inspiring artform.
The pass entitles you entry to International Programs 1-6*
between Tue 19 June & Sat 23 June 2007. The package also includes
the ever popular Digital Panorama*, MIAF’s annual wrap-up of hi-concept,
hi-res digital animation from all over the world. These films can be fully
narrative, abstract or drawn from the gaming culture and reflect the amazing
results creative animators are extracting from the tools of their trade.

We're almost there but MIAF07 is running a little behind
schedule with notifying filmmakers and the general public about the festival's
final selection. ... if you can just hang out for a couple more weeks
